Albert Woods

London born Albert Woods likes to describe his short stories as a mixture of teasers, whodunits, stings-in-the-tail and occasional black humour. With a varied professional background – Lloyd’s Underwriter and subsequent staff management directorships – he feels he brings a measure of observed human behaviour to his fictional outings. Currently, two of his novels are selling on Amazon Kindle – ‘Eighteen to Twelve’ and ‘The Price of Fish’ – the former a serious crime piece, the latter an outrageous comedy. Aside from writing, Albert’s other passion is music. He is an instrumentalist and has written a modern musical entitled ‘Rockferatu’. Efforts to stage it are ongoing and promising.
