M.A. Choling is a freelance health writer, poet and short story author. She has worked for 30 years as a qualified nurse in various health care professions/ settings, both the N.H.S and private sectors. Choling enjoys meeting new people and listening to their views and beliefs about their lives and our world. She is at her most happiest sitting with nature and animals in their natural environments and dining with friends in her favorite restaurant, the Lemonia in Primrose Hill, Regent Street, London. Choling has always maintained a keen interest since her early teenage years, in alternative healthcare and ancient healing arts and continues to undertake both short and extensive meditation training retreats and the learning of other methods for the acquisition of the body mind balance and to explore our true nature of being. These retreats are taken in various European and Asian countries. Choling enjoys a very lively, socially engaging and also often solitary spiritual path. Her biggest desire is for world peace, balance and harmony. Cholings wish for the world is for us all to feel a continual deep happiness on a daily basis, to feel free in our lives so that we may enjoy/ explore the more spiritual side of ours and others true natures. She feels that our place in this beautiful world is to help others and to explore and find the answer to the question, "Who am I?" Cholings personal challenge at the moment is the Menopause and remembering where she has left her unwanted but very necessary reading glasses!!
