CUT achieves growth funding....
CUT the writers’ social network, with a ‘free-to-publish’ service wrapped in a social media platform confirmed that it has obtained the first round of growth funding.
A key participant in the first funding round stated; "I invested in CUT because the future is about excellence in on-line publishing and the management team at CUT is the best there is in this field. Great idea plus top class people....an outstanding combination."
Founder and chairman, Tony Lahert commented that the funding would enable CUT to access a wider audience of both readers and writers, and expected to see an exponential rise in registrations in 2016.
Over 300 writers have already registered and CUT has published over 350 e-books. In collaboration with The National Association of Writers in Education (NAWE), CUT has created the global standard for quality e-book formatting. Together with the unique technology developed by CUT, this enables the provision of a free-to-publish service for writers that produces beautiful e-books while minimising the complexity of the task for all concerned.
Each CUT writer is provided with their own Writer Profile Page which can be linked to the CUT YouTube channel for video readings, holds reviews of their work and links to growing social media activity.
