Born Kent 1935, 5 year apprentice Compositor/Typographer. Left after 10 years, started Roof tiling/slating company in Devon. Lost a fortune to bad debts early 70’s when Sauidi Oil minister increased Oil price 400% in 4 days from $9-36. Builders large and small went broke taking me with them. Immigrated to Australia 1976.
Became Asthmatic 80% invalid, son suggested doing Tae Kwon Do, I thought it a Chinese take-away I’d not heard of Asthma cured. Trains, teaches TaeKwonDo - 4th Dan. Lives Australia with wife. Daughter, two sons in Devon, eight grand-children, one great grand-son and daughter.
Made all the pine furniture for his house and daughter.
Enjoys all writing, screen plays with Aimee Lamb - most adapted from Ron’s stories/concepts.
Where the Devil says Goodnight; nominated for US Cultural and Heritage award. Others nominated for awards in contests. A Smuggling we will Go ¼ finalist. 2 books published.
Wrote, printed, bound two books; Saddle the Wind. The Legend and Adventures of Tae and Kwon. Reviews from un-solicited readers blew me away. Good I mean.

1. Started writing 40 years ago in England.
2. It’s an exact discipline creating a tight word structure. All writers should try.
3. Feature screenplays are a passion, along with novels, short stories and short screenplays.
4. Wildlife, endangered species, keeping fit and healthy. Remain alive as long as possible.
5. Need a break, do something with ones hands. Anything.
6. All WW2 subjects.
7. I honestly do not have any. Never read a novel. Mainly History and great people.
8. North West Australia. Ningaloo Reef.
9. Wars and international organised crime.
10. Just do it and never be satisfied unless it is your best. Then start next project.

The Merger. A shortened History of England. Saddle the Wind. British Butchers and Bunglers. Extermina of WW1. Brig Mike Calvert. The Man who never was. Exterminate with extreme Prejudice
