Anne Colledge
I was born in Ruabon, in North Wales. When I was a child I was always writing or reading.
"Head in a book again," my mother used to grumble when she got back from shopping to find I'd burnt the potatoes again.
I trained as a teacher at Homerton College and did a BA at Sunderland University and taught deaf children for over thirty years. The preschool work in the homes and in the schools and work in the clinics in the hospitals was especially interesting.
Now retired I like to kayak, swim and dance.
I have two children's books published, Northern Lights and Falling into Fear and have almost finished a novel, Playing Dead.
